somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy can help people heal from traumas in a non-invasive & safe way that allows you to be in control of your body bringing awareness. How it works & how we work with it for either the healing of physical & mental issues or healing physical health issues , we will bring a shift in our minds & body allowing you to release blocks to shift habits on this level, so that you can begin your healing in which ever way you need . We do this by a deep connection between body & mind using physical therapy & body centered techniques to address the trauma & stress. You will become more aware of your bodily sensations , help release physical tension & regulate your nervous system by creating a greater sense of safety & wellbeing. You will be guided on breathwork, movement & mindfulness to help clients become more attuned to your body & be able to release stored tension through using your body as a point of healing. No need to relive the past, but you owe it to yourself to heal and feel at your best. To stop living in fight or flight & live a more peaceful life.  

 

These sessions are not available for group session however I offer deals for those who need more than one session.
