Prenatal Yoga

This modified Prenatal Yoga is for prenatal & postnatal women. A women's body goes through so many different changes from fluctuation of hormones, support through stages of pregnancy,  During these sessions we focus on the physical benefits , the mental, emotional & spiritual benefits with yoga. Prenatal Yoga helps with managing the physical body such as increasing flexibility , maintaining & increasing muscle, strengthening the pelvic floor, helps prepare mums body for child birth & increases energy. Helps promote relaxation, building a deeper connection to baby, it can help relieve anxiety & helps awaken intuition. Prenatal yoga also helps with common conditions a women goes through.

Postnatal Yoga is a fantastic way for a new mum, it can help the body to heal & can help to process & deal with all of the emotional challenges of becoming a new mum. Postnatal yoga is beneficial for helping process emotions & support, helping improve mod & reducing anxiety. Tones the muscles, strengthens the pelvic floor & helps rebuild core strength & increases core stability. As breastfeeding can be painful, challenging & stressful, we need a break.. I mean the leaking sucks too!. Postnatal yoga can help with relief from breastfeeding position & helps with the release of tension the muscles.
